1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and nunstur ("nunstur," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at nunstur.net.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or using any service provided by nunstur, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the nunstur platform, whether accessing via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface. nunstur does not distribute a standalone downloadable application; all services are delivered through the web platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, including both real-money deposits and credited bonus amounts, where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you in Philippine Peso (₱) that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements .
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where online gambling is illegal or where nunstur's services are restricted.

3 Eligibility

Use of the nunstur Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of nunstur, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from nunstur or any affiliated platform;
• You have not been excluded from gambling by any court order, regulatory order, or self-exclusion program.

nunstur may use third-party verification services to confirm your age and identity. Providing false information during registration or verification is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the nunstur Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via third parties — is strictly prohibited. nunstur employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings may be voided.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nunstur will treat any activity carried out using your Account credentials as having been authorized by you, and will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, nunstur requires completion of its KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or driver's license) and a recent selfie photograph. nunstur may additionally request proof of address or source of funds documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the nunstur Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). nunstur does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

nunstur currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ (deposits only). Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.3 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums may vary by payment method and are subject to change. nunstur does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. For fully verified Accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank clearing timelines. nunstur reserves the right to extend processing times for additional verification, security review, or in cases where unusual account activity is detected.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

nunstur will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. All withdrawals must be to accounts held in the same name as the nunstur Account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

nunstur offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, a default wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be removed from your Account along with any associated winnings. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

nunstur reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in promotional configurations.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

nunstur may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available only to eligible players as specified in each offer's terms and are not transferable between Accounts.

7 Games & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Availability

The games and betting markets available on the nunstur Platform may vary from time to time. nunstur reserves the right to add, remove, or suspend any game or market without prior notice. Game availability may be restricted based on your location or account status.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay or bet placement, nunstur reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. nunstur's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or game round is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms. nunstur is not responsible for losses attributable to your own internet connectivity issues.

7.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. nunstur reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Account at its discretion.

7.4 Void Bets

nunstur reserves the right to void bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds, bets that exploited a pricing error, or bets placed in contravention of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your Account balance.

7.5 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including those covering the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other sports, are subject to the specific rules for each market as displayed on the Platform. Settlement of sports bets follows the official result as determined by the relevant governing body, or as published by the official match data provider used by nunstur.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nunstur Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the nunstur Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with nunstur's software or systems;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of location masking;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nunstur staff, other players, or third parties in connection with the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

nunstur is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your limit is approaching and will be automatically logged out upon reaching it.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the nunstur Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion is irreversible and nunstur will not accept a new registration from the same individual.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, nunstur strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion facility and to seek support from the National Council on Problem Gambling Philippines. nunstur staff will never pressure you to continue playing or to reverse a responsible gaming restriction.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the nunstur Platform — including but not limited to the nunstur brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of nunstur or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; use nunstur's trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of nunstur's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement under Philippine intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nunstur's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nunstur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

nunstur does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nunstur makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit nunstur's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

nunstur collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to nunstur's collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

nunstur complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform use is processed for purposes including account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

nunstur will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by nunstur

nunstur reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity has occurred; the Account is involved in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; or the Account poses a risk management, compliance, or regulatory concern.

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for cause, nunstur may void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus funds, and withhold real-money funds pending investigation. Where an Account is terminated without cause by nunstur, real-money funds will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting nunstur support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be settled and any real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after deduction of applicable processing fees, if any.

13.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be considered dormant. nunstur will attempt to notify you at the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be deducted monthly from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact nunstur's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for the dispute to be resolved through nunstur's internal complaints procedure. nunstur aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

nunstur reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, nunstur will endeavor to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 13.3. You will not be entitled to claim compensation for any loss arising from your decision to close your Account following an amendment to these Terms.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any transaction or dispute shall be the version applicable to that transaction or dispute. The current version is always accessible at /terms-conditions.
